Monster Cookies

People love 'em!  Crunchy on the edges, chewy in the middle and full of chocolate m&m's.

They are great to take on picnics, perfect to throw in the boat for a snack after swimming, and travel well in the car. There are a ton of monster cookie recipes but this is my favorite.

I made a big batch for the 4th, and there aren't many left!

Monster Cookies

1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. light corn syrup
1/2 c. butter, room temp
1 1/2 c. peanut butter
4 1/2. c. oatmeal
1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. m&m's {I use more}

Mix the eggs , sugars, vanilla, corn syrup, butter, and peanut butter. In a separate bowl, stir the flour, oatmeal, and baking soda. Mix altogether. Stir in the choc chips an m&m's. Drop by desired spoonfuls on to a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 12 about minutes.
