Pork Tenderloin Rub

This rub is delicious! Just look at the crust on this:

So moist and flavorful!

I've made it many times and have to say it's become my favorite way to prepare a pork loin. Whether I grill it or bake it in the oven, it always turns out wonderful. There are never any leftovers..one piece just leads to another!

Pork Tenderloin Rub

1 tsp. kosher salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp cayenne
2  one pound tenderloins
Mix all together and rub over the tenderloins. Wrap and refrigerate 1 hour. Remove and let set 30 minutes. Bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes. (Use a meat themometer.)

I have a pork loin de-thawing in the fridge as we speak for tomorrow night's dinner and I hadn't yet decided what I was going to do with it, now I know! Thanks so much for sharing!
