Caramel Rolls

Brent brought home this recipe from a friend at work a few years ago....he loves it.... so I try to make it every so often. I always make it around the holidays. Sometimes for Christmas morning, but not often, as we usually have a big meal at noon. I need to save room for that! I can never eat just one of these rolls.

They are just WAY too good!

Karrie's Caramel Rolls

1 pkg. frozen dinner rolls (12 count)
1 small pkg. cook and serve butterscotch pudding mix
1 stick butter
1/2 c. brown sugar

Grease a bundt pan and place frozen rolls inside. Sprinkle dry mix on top. Cook the butter and brown sugar until boiling. Pour over rolls and place in a cool oven overnight. Remove rolls from oven and then preheat the oven to 350, bake 20-30 minutes.

I think even I could make these! Great recipe idea! My mom made homemade caramel rolls every Saturday morning, along with loaves of bread - and that was after putting in a five-day work week and helping on the farm. She was amazing.
Thanks for this gorgeous-looking recipe!

Have a merry Christmas!
