Eggs in a cup!
I kept seeing this in magazines and on blogs. I was doubtful, and when the eggs came out of the cup, I wasn't sure how it would taste.
It's amazing....the best eggs I've ever had!
Easy, no mess, done in a minute. Fluffy and delicious, I'll never make scrambled eggs another way again!
Scrambled Eggs in a Mug
2 eggs
2 T. milk
1 T. shredded cheddar cheese
Spray mug with cooking spray, drop 2 eggs in and 2 T. milk. Stir well. Microwave on high 45 seconds.Stir. Microwave 45 seconds more. Sprinkle on cheese, microwave 10 seconds until melted.
