Spinach artichoke dip

Last week we went to visit our daughter and son in law for the weekend. We had such a great time! One night we played games and snacked on appetizers.

This was my favorite.

I love spinach artichoke dip and this recipe really rocks!

They served the dip with sliced baguettes toasted and smothered with butter. It was crazy GOOD!

Spinach Artichoke Dip

one 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
2 (13  3/4 oz.) cans artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1/2 c. mayo
1/2 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. shredded pepper jack cheese
Combine all ingredients and bake in a greased casserole at 350 for 30 minutes.

This looks fabulous! Have you tried it with garlic? I'm wondering if that would wreck it.
