Low fat brownies

I read about this brownie recipe on Baking Bites. She talked about them being lower in fat, but didn't list the calories.

The word "fudgy" (not the words "low fat"} caught my eye, so of course I made them.

If you look at the ingredients, I have a feeling they still pack a few! While they do have less fat than most brownie recipes, there still is alot of sugar. But they were awesome! Moist, rich chocolate flavor....they didn't last long.

Of course, as usual,  Brent had to have ice cream on top of his. I guess it's a good thing they had less fat.....the ice cream sure didn't!

Lower fat Fudgy Brownies
{Baking Bites}
3/4 cup all purpose flour
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2-oz bittersweet (or semisweet) chocolate
2 tbsp butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp low fat sour cream or yogurt
1 large egg
1 egg white
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Line a 9 " round pan with parchment paper, and lightly grease it. Sift the flour, baking powder, cocoa, and salt. Set aside. Melt the chocolate and butter, stir in the sugar and sour cream. Add the egg, egg white, and vanilla. Mix in the flour and spread in the pan . Bake at 350 for
22 minutes, using a toothpick to test. Cool, and cut into 12 wedges.
