Hobo potatoes

When I grill I often cut up some potatoes, put them in a foil packet,  sprinkle some seasoned salt on top and drizzle them with some olive oil . It's an easy side dish. You can add whatever you like...this time I added some red and yellow peppers, onion, bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese. We used to make these when we were camping...so easy!

They are called Hobo Potatoes...not sure why...but they sure are tasty!

Hobo potatoes

potatoes, sliced
peppers. chopped
onion, chopped
bacon bits
shredded cheddar cheese
olive oil
seasoned salt

Place all the ingredients in foil packets, sprinkle with seasoned salt, drizzle with olive oil. Grill until tender, about 30  minutes. Adjust amounts according to how many people you need to serve, I usually do 2 or 3 small red potatoes a piece.

Hey, that is a great idea! You can make em up a head of time, and then throw them on the fire! Thanks!
