Cheddar Ranch Spread...pinned it and tried it

I guess I'm just really good at pinning great recipes from Pinterest....honestly.....I can't say I've had a bad one yet! Or maybe they are just ALL  great recipes!

Whatever the case, this is another EZ and tasty recipe. Just 4 ingredients and  takes but a minute to stir together. The hardest part is waiting the 2 hours for it to chill!

OK...I admit it, I snuck some before I put it in the frig....I can't wait 2 hours! It was so good I snuck 2 crackers. Then I saved the rest for afternoon snacks for the weekend. I made just half a recipe, which is what I often do for the 2 of us.

I served it with my cute little flip flop knife and place mat.....we needed something cheery.... what with this loooong winter and STILL waiting for spring to come!

It IS coming isn't it?

Cheddar Ranch Spread
8 oz. cream cheese, softened ( I used low fat)
1/2 c.sour cream (I used low fat)
1 packet ranch dry dressing mix
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Beat the cream cheese and sour cream. Stir in the dressing mix, then fold in the cheese.( You could also add some bacon pieces...yum)  Refrigerate 2 hours before serving.

I'm with you, where is spring anyway? The spread looks delicious!
