Pulled Pork

I found this recipe on my bottle of L& P Worcestershire sauce. We all liked it!

I don't know why I forget to check the backs of products for recipes...they are usually pretty good. I'm glad I saw this one.

It was easy to put together and had a really good flavor. I will definitely make this again!

Lea & Perrins Slow Cooked Pulled Pork

2/3 c. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. ketchup
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. tomato paste
1 medium onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. mustard
2 Tbsp. white vinegar
3 1/2 lb. pork shoulder, trimmed and cut into 4 pieces.

Mix all the ingredient in a crock pot and then add the pork. Cook on low for 8-10 hours. Remove pork and shred. Add pork back to the juice int the crock pot. Stir and serve on buns.
