Greek salad pitas





I was at a friends house a couple weeks ago and she served Greek Salad, it was so good I went home and made some the next day .

 I served it in pita's for a nice light lunch.

 It hit the spot on a hot summer day!

Greek Salad Pita's

Dressing:
1/4 c. olive oil
3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

romaine lettuce
cucumbers, cubed
tomatoes, chopped
feta cheese
black olives,sliced
onion, chopped
pita's

Mix dressing. Toss with the rest of the ingredients and spoon into pitas.

Thank you. That looks so delicious, and I was trying to think of what to make for the family when they all roll in Friday noon. This is perfect - and I love Greek. :-)

BTW, pinned this too. And I'm going to use kalamata olives because they're my favorite with Feta. :-) Thanks so much for the recipe!
