Oven Denver Omelet

We love brunch items, and this is one of our favorites. I usually always have the ingredients on hand, and of course you can always add whatever you want. Sometimes I add chopped peppers or chilies, whatever I can find in the frig.

I make only half of the recipe, and because it's thinner, it bakes up in about a half hour. I usually serve it with muffins and fruit.

Oven Denver Omelet

8 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
2 c. frozen shredded hash browns
1 c. fully cooked diced ham
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp. minced onion

Mix the eggs and milk, add the rest of the ingredients and bake in a 8" greased pan at 350 for 45 minutes until knife inserted comes out clean.

I am scrolling through your recipes...do you thaw the hashbrowns before mixing ?

If you thaw the hash browns you need to adjust the baking time...it will take less!
