Yogurt cream patriotic pies

Happy 4th of July!

I made these for our BBQ today....mini patriotic pies with fillo cups. Simple to put together, light, tasty low cal treats for the 4th.....they are a winner!

There are only 3 ingredients for the filling, lite whipped cream, low fat vanilla Greek yogurt and a bit of splenda. Then top with with some berries, and that's it. The filling can be made ahead, but they should be assembled right before serving. I like to follow the directions on the box for the cups and bake them in the oven, then cool them, but you don't have too. I like them a bit crispy.

Have a fun day!
