I just realized I never posted this.....I pinned it and tried it and LOVED it....way back before Christmas!
I made a large batch of these and froze them for the holidays. They were crunchy, yet slightly soft and chewy in the middle. Dipping them in white chocolate is a great idea....really set them apart and looked very festive for Christmas.
