Cranberry Maple Syrup

This is SO delicious.

I had some leftover cranberries from Thanksgiving, so I decided to make some syrup for my breakfast waffles. It was sweet.... with just a bit of tart, and made my frozen waffles a special treat.

 I plan to make some pancakes to use up the rest of the syrup. Here's our favorite recipe. They should taste amazing with this!

Cranberry Maple Syrup

1 c. maple syrup
3/4 c. cranberries
1 tsp. vanilla

Cook over medium heat until cranberries pop.
