KA GF Chocolate Chip Cookies

Hi everyone!

I'm back with another Gluten free recipe!

This is a real winner in our book. No one could taste the difference between this and my regular recipe, and Brent LOVED them. I always under bake my cookies just a bit, so they stay soft and chewy, and I did the same with these.

Perfect!

But then again, when you use ANY King Arthur flour and recipes, you can NEVER go wrong!

Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies
      King Arthur

1 c. butter, softened
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
2 large eggs
2 1/3 c. King Arthur GF multi purpose flour
2 tsp. Xanthum gum
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. chocolate chips
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts, optional

Cream the butter with the sugars, add the eggs and vanilla. Whisk together the dry ingredients and mix well with the wet. Stir in the chocolate chips and nuts. Bake at 350 for 9-11 minutes on parchment lined baking sheets.Let rest a few minutes before removing to cool.
