Heath Cookies

Brent's favorite candy are Heath bars....I buy bags of them around Halloween and stock them in the freezer. He loves to take them to his office and keeps a stash there.

Actually, he has quite a nice little stash he keeps there! There are always crackers, candy, and nuts. The kinds very, but he ALWAYS has some of each on hand for the munchies!

Funny, as much as I love chocolate, I really am not into Heath bars.  I prefer pure dark chocolate.... and lots of it! That's probably a good thing, or his Heath bars would never make it to work with him!

There is one thing we both really like, and that's these Heath Pieces Cookies! I put some of both...1 cup of the Heath Pieces for him and 1 cup of the semi sweet chocolate chips for me. A tasty combo!

What a great cookie for the cookie jar!

Mmmmm, mmm! They look delicious. I'm not big on chocolate but a Heath bar is heavenly. I bet they don't last long. Great recipe!
