Isn't it funny how all of a sudden on Pinterest recipes are described as Crack? I guess it's because it's so good it's addicting. There are crack candy, crack bars, Christmas crack, crack peanuts, crack Chex....and I found this Crack Dip that I thought I would try. It was really good, easy to make and had lots of bacon flavor. I read several reviews and it is best made a day or at least several hours ahead of time so the flavors can blend. Give it a try!
Crack Dip
(from who needs a cape)
16 oz. sour cream
1 packet dry Ranch dressing
3 oz. bag of real bacon bits
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

I've noticed that too! Usually I see that term on Plain Chicken. I assume it is the use of ranch mix that makes something 'cracked out' ?
