(Lute Fisk miraculously ended up on my uncles plate since he sat next to me) We put butter and brown sugar on it. I actually had a lefsa griddle but lost it in our many moves (6 times in as many years) I was going to make it today as my son has been begging for it since returning from the army, but I don't have all the ingredients. I'll just chill the potatoes and make it tomorrow morning I guess...sigh Lisa Jenningshttp://www.youravon.com/lookbeautifulnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1291452307481756533.post-69085097909365689082016-07-20T16:47:04.252-05:002016-07-20T16:47:04.252-05:00My mother-in-law makes it and sends to us. For a project in my Advertising Management class, we worked with the Beltrami Historical Society to make some advertisements for the annual Lefse Festival that takes place every December in Bemidji--so much great lefse there!! You should look into it for next year. You can win lots of prizes too :-)CaSaundraLeighhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11374792383477851241noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1291452307481756533.post-2245584482102514772010-12-20T01:25:51.509-06:002010-12-20T01:25:51.509-06:00I haven't heard of lefsa before, but looking a...I haven't heard of lefsa before, but looking at these little beauties I see what I miss.Katerinahttp://www.culinaryflavors.blogspot.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1291452307481756533.post-23810108119166778322010-12-19T21:01:06.256-06:002010-12-19T21:01:06.256-06:00I sooooooooo wish I knew you were doing this, I wo...I sooooooooo wish I knew you were doing this, I would have flown there to learn how!!
