There are just four ingredients in these...and they are ready in only 30 minutes. I like to throw them in a pot of spaghetti. If you like Parmesan cheese like I do, you'll love 'em!
Parmesan Meatballs
1 pound hamburger
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 egg, beaten
1 clove garlic, minced
Mix and shape into 12 meatballs. Place in a greased pan and bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes.
Nothing better than a simple, flavorful meatball!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea for adding a nice zip of flavor to meatballs.
ReplyDeleteLove meatballs and love parmesan cheese - this is a win-win treat, Laurie!
ReplyDeleteWe all love meatballs in my family. Parmesan I am sure gives the extra kick to this dish.

ReplyDeleteHi there! I just wanted to let you know that I made and posted about your delish parmesan meatballs. You can see it here, but I actually need to re-edit it because Blogger cut the last half of my post off. Hope to have it fixed sometime today. Check out my post if you like!
