Frozen Banana Bites

I found these little gems on Seasaltwithfood.

So yummy!  They reminded me of when I was a kid.

About a block away from my house was a Tastee Freeze.{kind of like a Dairy Queen} My mom would let me walk with my friends there to go get a treat and I often chose a frozen chocolate covered banana on a stick.

These were even better though, because they had nuts and coconut on them!

shredded coconut, chopped peanuts

Place the bananas on waxed paper and freeze for 1 hour. Melt the chocolate chips and the peanut butter in the microwave. Stir in the sea salt. Dip the bananas in the chocolate, then roll in nuts or coconut. Freeze until serving.
