You have to let these freeze, but they are worth the wait!
I used regular grahams, but chocolate would be even better. I can see why everyone on Biggest Loser loved them!

4 graham crackers (can use chocolate)
4 tsp. peanut butter
1/2 c.lite whipped topping
Break the crackers in half. Spread with peanut butter, then whipped cream. Wrap in plastic wrap and freeze.
Great low cal tip!!

I have tried these with chocolate grahams and they are really good.
ReplyDeleteI am looking for desserts with less sugar due to arthritis pain. Less sugar often means less taste but these sound perfect.
