I thought I'd share this simple salad I throw together every so often. One of my coworkers used to make it, and it always looked so refreshing. Not much to it, but it sure perks up a sandwich!
Simple Tomato Salad
cherry tomatoes
feta cheese
black olives
1/4 c. olive oil
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
Mix the olive oil, oregano and pepper, pour over salad.
