I found these sweet little ramekins on sale when I was shopping in the cities last week. They were such a good deal I had to get them. As soon as I got home I started looking for ways that I could use these cute little buggers. I combined a couple of crisp recipes and came up with this one for individual crisps. They were awesome!
I've been buying alot of pears lately so decided to use that for my fruit, but really any fruit or combo of fruits would work. {I also added some dried cranberries to mine.} I loved the warm fruit with the rich, buttery, brown sugar topping. I added a scoop of ice cream on mine. I ate it slowly, savoring every bite!
Individual Cranberry Pear Crisps
2 small pears, peeled and chopped
1/4 c. dried cranberries
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. quick cooking oats
dash cinnamon
1 Tbsp. cold butter
Spoon the fruit evenly between two greased 6 oz. ramekins {or four 4 oz. ramekins} Combine the rest of the ingredients and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Serve warm.
