Who doesn't like a good snicker doodle cookie? Well I do anyway. Making it into a cupcake is just a good idea. Martha scores on this recipe! These make a perfect fall treat. See all the flecks of cinnamon? Each bite was full of flavor.
I didn't use the 7 minute frosting though..instead I used a cinnamon butter cream found here. I decorated mine for Halloween with a few sprinkles. You can check out the other bakers cupcakes here.

I just love cinnamon. You can tell if you look at my recipes. i cook a lot with it. These cupcakes look absolutely fabulous.
