I often add butter and parsley to boiled reds, but this time I added some dill instead. I saw someone on Food network..can't remember who... add dill. I finally tried it last night. I think I'll be doing this more often! It was a nice change. Tender potatoes smothered in melted butter and dill... delish!
Dill Potatoes
6-8 small reds
1/4 to 1/2 c. melted butter {depends on how naughty you feel}
1 tsp. dill
Boil the potatoes until fork tender. Drain. Melt butter in the microwave and add dill. Stir and pour over potatoes.
Great side dish.
