  10. Angel Food Cake Mix comes in two packets, do you use the flour cake mix only or both the egg and flour mix? Thanks!

  11. angel food cake mix comes in two packets, egg mix and flour mix, should we use just the one flour mix or both?

  12. You need to buy the one step angel food cake mix. It comes in just one packet. Then add the can of pineapple.

I didn't know they were still making the 2 step, I'll have to change that on the recipe!

    Thanks, Laurie

  15. Well, I did not have any crushed pinepapple so I pureed a can of fruit cocktail instead. It sure smells good baking. I will post again and let you know how it turned out.

  17. Tried this for Easter and it was awesome! A nice light version of pineapple upside down. Today I'm trying with a strawberry cake mix, not sure if it'll turn out as great. It didn't really seem to fluff up like the Angel food cake mix did.

  20. I baked this cake last night and the two of us just loved it. I drizzled coco lopez (it a cream of coconut) and then sprinkled coconut on top. Oh it was so good. It's even better the second day.
