Flourless Brownies


I've been trying to cut some gluten out of my diet, so I gave this recipe a try. No flour! 

It's definitely one I would make again...really satisfies that chocolate craving! 

They were very fudgy, and rich. I didn't put any icing on them, just a dusting of powdered sugar. I can't say if they stay fresh for very long, as the pan was gone before I knew it!


Gluten Free Fudge Brownies

1/2 c. butter, melted 
1/4 c. cocoa powder
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/4 c. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. chocolate chips

Mix well and pour into a greased 8" pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
