Giant Monster Cookie for one

Good morning!
I found this recipe online, and thought it would be fun to make for Brent. He loved it warm out of the oven, and used a pizza cutter to cut it into wedges.

I snuck a bite, and it was great! The inside was soft, with lots of peanut butter flavor and the edges were a bit crispy.
My favorite part was the chocolate...of course!

Have a great day!

One Giant Monster Cookie

2 Tbsp. butter, softened
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. beaten egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. peanut butter
6 tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. oats
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. salt
1/3 c. M and M's
2 tbsp. chocolate chips

Cream the butter and sugars. Add the egg, vanilla, and peanut butter, beat well. Stir in the flour, salt and baking powder. Stir in the chocolate chips. Make into a big ball and place on parchment paper, press down and add the M and M's on top.
Bake at 325 for 20 to 25 minutes.

  1. How cute and clever! I wish I could make this for our 4 year old grandson, but he has so many food allergies, that wouldn't work! It sounds great though and it's worth a try anyway. Thanks for the recipe.
