I'm back at Weight Watchers! I LOVE the new freestyle plan, too.
At first I wondered how it could work, as there are about 200 "free" foods, including fruits, veggies, eggs, yogurt, chicken and fish. "Free" means you don't have to count them on your daily points. But it DOES work, and there are so many choices that I am never hungry.
In this recipe everything is "free" but for the flour and milk, so each pancake is 1 freestyle point, which is a pretty good deal as far as WW goes!
The real bonus here though is the taste. These are some of the best pancakes I have ever had! They are so fluffy!
I found the recipe floating around on a WW Facebook group. It's from FourSistersDish.
Whether you are on WW or not, this is a great recipe!!!!
(recipe removed upon request from Foursistersdish)
Have a great day!

Hi is it plain flour or self raising? thank you
Hi! It's regular flour!
what is the batter portion size?
Is each pancake a 1/4 cup of the batter? This looks yummy, I cannot wait to try it. Thanks for posting
It makes about 7 pancakes, but I am not sure how much batter for each one. I just guess..lol!
Could you sub oat flour?
these were great! wonderful recipe if trying to lower cholesterol
Made this recipe this morning...wanting something different and a bit more substantial than my usual egg breakfast. The ingredients seemed a bit weird to me but the comments were good and I had what was called for on hand. I ladled the batter onto hot griddle using a 1/4 cup measure...it made 8 fairly large pancakes. I had 4 today and cooked, cooled and froze the final 4 to have another day. I also made a fruit topping using some quite over-ripe nectarines and some soon to be sorry blueberries, a little sweetener, a little water...and after a quick boil to soften the fruit I thickened it with some corn starch. This topping on the pancakes made a very acceptable and special breakfast!
These are delicious! I make these sometimes 2 times a week. They are a family favorite.
Finally! Some WW-friendly pancakes that are fluffy and delicious and so filling! Mine made 8 big pancakes, and I had 4 with some 1-SP sugar free syrup which made a perfect Sunday night "brinner" for just 5 SP! These will definitely be my go-to pancakes. I even put your link on my WW group FB page to share. Thank you so much! YUMM
Wow! I was looking for a pancake that did NOT have banana in it. I want to use as “bread” with my OPT egg for a low point breakfast that is filling. This is yummilicious!! I did omit the vanilla only because I wasn’t using it as a true pancake. But, I’ll definitely be making these to use as pancakes in near future as hubs loves pancakes. Thank you so much for sharing this recipe with us! Mine came out same as Terry Jo above— 1/4 cup/pancake; total 8 pancakes
Can you use baking powder instead of baking soda?!
Could you use the cannon nonfat yogurt instead of Greek. I bought the regular instead of Greek it's still zero points
I’d like to try this recipe with almond milk, 0 points, and 1/4 cup of flour, so the total points for the whole recipe would be 3 points. I’ll let you know how it goes. If not so bad, I may omit the flour for those days I need 0 points!
I love pancakes and can't wait to try this. I just typed it into WW site to create the recipe to track but I substituted unsweetened vanilla almond milk (because that is what I use) and the points are 0. It will start calculating points at 3 so you can have 3 for 1 point. Thanks for sharing.
I just made them using self-rising flour and they tended to be a little bit salty / bitter. Next time I will use AP flour and the soda and salt the first time I did it that way they came out excellent. I do mine with 1/8 cup measure and it will make 28 cup little pancakes so I have six four three points it's probably a little less than that but I'm okay with that.
These are my favorite pancakes now hands down! Perfect each time and low points. Make them regularly and they freeze well too!
I was also thinking of using almond milk.
The best! Love that they have some protein, and NO sugar, but are still soft and tasty.
I just made these with white whole wheat flour and they were so good, definitely making again.
Thanks
Best recipe ever! I actually got 11 out of this recipe. My kids are then right up! Will be our forever pancakes! Thank you so much
These are great! And no bananas. I cut the recipe in half today. And added frozen blueberries to my last cake. Probably should have thawed them. Tasted amazing; looked ugly. 😎 This is one of those recipes I’ll make often. Thanks!!
Hi! Just had these for breakfast. My husband loves them too. I sub 1/2 cup Kodiak Protein Pancake and Waffle mix for the flour. Even more protein. And YUMMMM. Thanks for the recipe. We have these as our Saturday morning breakfast every week now.
Does anyone have a copy of the recipe?
Tried this pancakes recipe. The panckaes were amazing.
Thank you so much for the greek yogurt pancakes. it will turn to more delicious when taking it with coffee in the morning.
