Looks awesome, I feel hungry just looking at the photo!
Just made it this morning - thought it would be a great cake for a friends birthday!! Yum Yum! Thanks for sharing!
I got the recipe today so I hope to try it tomorrow. Thought I'd try it in muffin tins and add some raisins to it also.
Found you on Pinterest, this is in the oven now and smells amazing! Can't wait to make it again!
Found you also on Pinterest after being told about this cake from the secretary at kids school. Making it now can't wait to try it! Thanks for sharing!
Thanks for the idea...my dad turns 70 this weekend and LOVES cinnamon rolls so this is going to be his birthday cake...cant wait to see him love this cake!!
If this cake tastes even half as good as it looks, then it will be over-the-top! I can't wait to try it. Thanks so much.
Made this in a cookie sheet and found I could cut the amount of topping by 1/2 and it tastes just as good!
In the oven cant wait to try it.
I too found this on Pinterest. I made it yesterday and everyone in my family LOVES it! It is SO good, moist and yummy. My husband said he liked it better than actual cinnamon rolls which is great since this is much easier to make! :) I don't love powdered sugar anything though so I mixed a package of cream cheese with some milk, vanilla and sugar until I could spread it and that's what I topped mine with. Thanks so much for a great recipe!
This was fantastic! I took it for a chili cookoff last week and it was GONNNNEEE! The only thing I'd change is the amount of glaze.. I only used about half and that seemed like a lot.. YUM!
TRUE LOVE IS GETTING UP AT 5:30 AM TO THROW THIS TOGETHER AND HAVE IT FOR YOUR HUSBAND FOR BREAKFAST. SURE DO HOPE THE CAKE TASTES AS GOOD AS THE BATTER DID... :O)
Can't wait to make this! Found it on Pinterest...looking forward to following the blog of a fellow Minnesotan! I recently started blogging...bop over and take a peak when you get a chance!
Another fab Pinterest find. I see only one other person assembled it the night before. I DID TOO! YES IT CAN BE DONE!!!!!! Did not bring it to room temp just threw it straight from fridge to pre-heated oven and it was done in 35 minutes. Yes the topping might be hard to swirl but SWIRL IT INTO THE CAKE!!! Don't be scared. I even added chopped walnuts and did the glaze the night before too. A DELISH KEEPER!!!!
The question I have seems to be one most have asked also: Is the topping dropped by teaspoons onto the cake mix. I coulod not swirl it either and used too knives to try and cut it through the cake; it is baking now. Thanks
yummmy ... can't wait to try..
& what an awesome foodie blog.
x00x mo & the girls. thanks.
Making this this morning...We need a sweet way to start this Valentines Day. Thanks for the recipe.
Have cooked for 40 min. & still cooking. Still runny in the middle when tested w/toothpick.
Found this on pinterest also. Making it right now. Hoping it turns out.
Just was on Pinterest and it lead me to your blog. YUMMY! Can't wait to make it. Thanks for posting the recipe on your blog.
Another pinterest finder and must say my favorite find yet. This cake was delicous! Thanks!
thought you might be interested in seeing this blog, which lifted your post word-for-word, including pictures
http://singnbhappy.blogspot.com/2012/01/cinnamon-roll-cake.html
Making this for the second time now. Cake tastes just as good as the pictures looks. Very moist. Nice contrast of a simpler, lighter tasting cake and a sweet topping. Thanks for the recipe!
Sooooo good!!!! ;)
just made this...YUM! it's really really delicious and scrumptious for breakfast! Great Recipe! Found it from Pinterest!
Found you from Pinterest -- hello from Alberta, Canada! This looks very good and I know my kids will love it as cinnamon is their fave!
I found this recipe on pinterest and decided to make it -that was about 6 months ago....its now a family favorite and a much requested dessert to bring along to potlucks! I love this recipe, thanks so much for sharing it!
GerriK
I just tasted this cake...it is AWESOME! I usually half 1st attempt recipes, so that's what I did here...very simple, 8x8 pan...everything else exactly as presented here.
I found the batter to be a strange consistency, but since I regularly make cinnamon rolls...I found it to be very similar to a dough...a very runny dough...the end result is divine!
The topping margerine/butter is to be softened, not melted...that may be the problem for those of you who found it too runny. I found it easy enough to swirl with short, quick strokes across the surface of the dough/batter...the topping then was very evenly distributed.
I found it perfect as written...thanks so much!
first discoverd..via pintrest.
Hi
Found via Pinterest too! Do you or has anyone worked out UK measures please? And is all-purpose flour the same as 'plain' flour?
Thank you
X
Also found this on pinterest; am going to make for a weekend retreat this weekend. Can't wait to try it!!
this is the bomb taste like cinnabon and alot cheaper
The picture alone caught my eye, I made it tonight and YUM..... Now picture doesn't do it justice for how good it tastes!
I have no words... this cake was so easy to put together, and melted in my mouth. Really though, what did I expect after realizing THREE STICKS OF BUTTER were part of the equation? It was then that I realized nothing could go wrong. Not one thing.
I've been drooling over this recipe/picture for weeks. I wanted to make it immediately when I saw it on Pinterest, but didn't have enough butter (because it takes HOLY COW three sticks!!). The cake is super easy to make. I ended up having to bake mine for about 36 minutes, but everyone's oven is different. The cinnamon mixture that you swirl into the batter is pretty thick/chunky, so it takes a minute to get it all swirled in. But, in the end it is SO worth the effort. The entire cake tastes like the inside of a cinnamon roll (my favorite part!) I'm going to have to dole out some pieces to friends tomorrow so that I don't eat the whole thing and end up having to go shopping for new pants! YUMMY!!!
Made 4 of these yesterday for two different events...it was a HUGE success! Thanks for sharing it!
Wow. Absolutely AMAZING!!!!
Mmm, I JUST pulled this out of the oven, and it tastes fantastic! I think next time I might add some toasted pecans just to change it up, but it's delicious just as it is!
I made this this morning and was pleasantly surprised! I used 1/2 c of butter for the topping and buttermilk in place of milk (what I had onhand). I will definitely be making this again. It was light and sweet and pure bliss. Thank you!
This is in the oven right now. Can not wait to try it out!
i can't figure out how to print your recpies? jokerjanetseiv@gmail.com
Doubled the recipe and am in wonderful amazement how good this cake is! My son, who is a salty craving kind of guy, woke from his slumber from the intense butter smell wafting in under his door and asked what I was baking. At first bite, he ummmed and said this cake was as good as it smelled. He even hid, from the rest of us sweets eaters, a piece for breakfast in the morning. Yay, my baking has finally won a spot in his heart and palate-so KEEPING this recipe in my secret book :) Although, I've shared on Pinterest for others.
My family has made this we all found it on Pinterest--they all LOVED it so tonight I am making it!!!
Found this on Pinterest. Made it on Wed and it was gone by Friday. Today on Sat. I am baking another for the Easter weekend! Delicious!!
Found you on Pinterest.
I made this at work today for breakfast and everyone loved it! My boss, while eating his second piece, started coming up with variations. So, I am going to make it again tomorrow and add apples to it! I can't wait til tomorrow!
Sounds great for Camp Lanford! We have our grandchildren at the ranch for summer fun -- this will definitely be on the menu for both groups.
OMG!! I saved this recipe from Pinterest probably over 6 months ago, but just finally got around to making it for my step-son's birthday this past week! It is absolutely awesome! I had 3 pieces. It's probably a good thing I didn't make it before now, because I'd probably be 50 lbs heavier! 3 sticks of butter! OMG! So yummy!
Just made this for a party. SO Good!
Just made this, and Oh my goodness..My kitchen smells like freshly baked cinnamon rolls. Cake is super yummy... Will make again and again, as it a Super simple recipe. Would be a wonderful recipe for a starter recipe for children.
I can't wait to try this recipe. I am glad I found your blog!
Made this this morning when my children wanted (demanded) something new for breakfast. I skipped the glaze, used 1/2 the butter for the brown sugar portion and sprinkled with a little nutmeg instead of using any cinnamon. I wasn't sure they were going to eat it but man, was I wrong! They liked that it wasn't normal cinnamon rolls. One small piece each filled everyone up. Thanks for the great recipe! I'm going to try this with blueberries next time!
I found this recipe on pinterest and tried it today. Well, its easy to make, and actually real good, but WAY to sweet for our german tounge :) Next time i´ll try it again and only take half of the sugar. I think it´s perfect then. Thank you for this recipe :)
made this recipe this morning, it was to die for! Definitely a make aain.
After a long weekend of baking I was short on pans, so I used a 9" round cake pan and cut the recipe in half. Finding that it would be difficult to swirl in the topping, I put it into a disposable piping bag, snipped off the tip, and swirled it on the top that way. I also put the glaze into a piping bag - worked great!
I found this to be quite pinteresting so I repinned. Thank you!!! I assume it's insanely low carb???
Mmmmm soo yummy! Lol I saw it on pinterest and saved the page on my computer and I finally got around to making it and it is Delicious everyone loved it thanks for all the wonderful recipes :)
I also found this recipe on pinterest a few days ago and knew I had to make for my family's July 4th morning. It is in the oven now and smells so good! Very easy to make, too, but I cut the butter in half in both the cake and filling part and added a touch of Kahula to the glaze (big coffee lovers in this house!) I also did the cake in a metal bundt pan and added a few more minutes to the cooking time. Not sure if they're needed, but it looks absolutely amazing right now!
Thanks so much for sharing this wonderful recipe! I'm positive it'll become a household favorite. :)
Just found you on pinterest!! This looks delish..and it seems so easy to make! come visit us at shabbygals.blogspot.com we are your newest follower
Awesome! Made it as soon as I read it and saw the pic. My teenage daughters and I just had it warm from the oven with vanilla ice cream. MMMmmm... <3
I have never commented on a recipe before because I usually feel like everyone else covers what I want to say, but this recipe was beyond phenomenal!!!! Just as good as cinnamon rolls? No, THEY ARE TEN TIMES BETTER!! This cake was perfect in EVERY way. All the other comments didnt seem to convey just how incredible this was, so I hope everyone understands that this is an explosion of taste buds with every bite! Not only is it amazing warm, but when it is cold it tastes just as good! Thank you SOOOOOO much for this recipe.
I've made this many times since finding it on Pinterest. It's my new go to dessert for gatherings. So easy and I always have the ingredients on hand.
There are two of these recipes on pinterest one is called the Cinnabon cake
Just pinned...heading to the store for butter. Now.
This looks amazing and I can't wait to try it with my boyfriend!!!
I made this today and my kids couldn't wait to taste what smelled so good. I added 8oz of cream cheese to the glaze reciepe and it was wonderful. My "topping" kind of move all to the middle and some went to the corners of the cake, but it just made it more wonderful with the moist cinnamon flavor. Thanks, this will be my new potluck reciepe.
your cinnamon cake looks yummy and I'm going to make it today..
thanks for sharing
Sandy
I made this cake today for my Birthday. It was very good.My family all enjoyed it too.
Made this for Saturday morning breakfast and it is delicious, plus your kitchen will smell heavenly while it's baking. I think next time I will try adding pecans to the topping, and because I used Mexican vanilla, the glaze was caramel-colored, I'll use clear vanilla instead for color.
When I baked this it was all oily in the middle :(
OMG! So good!
OMG! So good!
I just made this and was not impressed :( I followed it step by step and it came out dry and gooey (too gooey, like it needed to cook longer) in the middle and you can't hadly taste anything but flour...idk...I was definitely super disappointed...
Well no wonder there aren't any bad reviews lol you have to approve then first!! Lol not fair!
I think the last comment was funny... they obviously hadn't read ALL the comments. Almost all the comments are good, but there are also those that didn't like it too. You published both.
Constructive criticism is good, but as we all know, if you can't say anything nice, then don't say anything at all.
Personally, I tried this and can honestly say it's wonderful!
As many others have, I found your recipe on pinterest. I am in love with pinterest! My family has a game night every Tuesday evening with my grandparents & uncle. I am in charge of making dessert every week so I am always on the lookout for new things to try. This looks delish & simple to make! Will be making it here shortly! :)
Can someone post how to make this gluten free? I'm new to gf cooking and I'm not sure how to convert recipes.
What if you put the butter in before? Will it ruin it?
I made this the 2 days ago and it is aalready gone! It was sooo good!! The only alteration I did was half the icing recipe so it wasnt drenched in icing! But DELICIOUS a MUST-DO recipe!!!
I made this on Friday to take to my daughter's house over the weekend. It was very good even though I forgot to use a knife to swirl in the topping. Will definitely make it again!!!
I made this tonight and I will be cutting the butter quantity in 1/2 for the topping AND the batter. It's just too saturated in butter. Tasty, but needs some tweaking.
Thank you for sharing!
I just made this. I used whole wheat flour and it is delicious!
Hiya, I found this on Pintrest and have baked it not once but twice this weekend! It really is lovely- light, airy, delicious cinnamon goo and easy to make as well. Thanks xxx
omg...this was so dang good...it didn't even last an hour..everyone said it was so good...forget ever making cinnamon rolls ever again...thank you so much for this recipe..
Found your recipe on pinterest cant wait to try it so excited have it in the oven now..Thank You :)
Im an experienced cook. I made this and the insides were uncooked but outside was cooked. Is the temp. Correct at 350? I always try recipe's out. I followed directions exactly. First fail with a recipe. I will attempt it again and see what happans. (:
Where can I find this on your Pinterest so I can repin?
I made this today. My batter was quite thick and hard to cut in the cinnamon filling. It did take about 40-45 minutes to cook completely using a glass 9x13. I had to spoon pools of butter off of the top. I thought the end result was crumbly, the edges were hard but it tasted fine. My husband liked it and I think with some tweaking (and way less butter) this could be a hit.
Looks delish! Am making it to take to a meeting tonite will let you know how good it was later.
I just made this and used half the batter and made cupcakes. Super good!! Thanks!
Is the topping supposed to be creamy or crumbly?
Found this on pinterest. My fiance loves cinnamon rolls so I made this tonight. Couldn't believe how tasty it was and I'm not a baker at all.
Just made this and Oh.My.God!!! It is dangerously delish. I found it hard to swirl the toppping on it, but it still tasted AWESOME!
This is by-far one of mine and my friend's fav cakes. I make it for breakfast all the time.Thank you so much for giving me this recipe! Love Love Love it!
I made this last night and less than 24 hrs. it's gone!!! BEST RECIPE EVER! Thanks so much!
Made this for Christmas Eve dessert. It got rave reviews. It was SO good. Just like a cinnamon roll (but even better, in my opinion). Thanks for the great recipe!
Just made this for Christmas Eve dessert. It got rave reviews. Just like a cinnamon roll, but even better. My sister even took some home for breakfast tomorrow :)
I just made this for my family on Xmas morning. They absolutely loved it. Looked just like the picture and tasted just as amazing as everyone said. Merry Christmas!
I was so thrilled to try this out. I was disappointed, though. I followed the recipe to the letter, other than letting it bake longer (because it was gooey in the middle) and adding less milk to the glaze.
It does NOT taste good, it does not look good, and the texture is way off. (FTR, I opened my baking soda the day I made this. I also agree with another poster, too much baking soda.)
But, I just didn't even like it enough to try and tweak it to make it work for me. I'm floored by all the positive reviews. I just don't get it. :) How ours could be so drastically different.
This sounds and looks amazing! I have everything for this except butter, can margarine be used in place of butter?
Thanks for sharing!! Preston, Idaho
Just tried out this recipe. It wasn't even out of the oven 30 seconds and we already dug into it!! It is amazing! However, next time ill use less of the topping because it was very thick and 28 minutes was way to short. We had it in the oven for 45 minutes.
We've made this four times in the past 3 or so months. Soooo awesome! Thank you!
I made this, and it's amazing! It definately melts in your mouth :D It was super easy to make also.
I finally made this recipe tonight. My 8 yr old took a bite and "yum mommy, are our front doors locked?" I said "yes why?" He said "cause I don't want anyone to break in and steal my yummy cinnamon goodness!" Mommy tested 8 yr old approved, lol! Thanks for the yummy recipe!
This cake is amazing!
My son needs to take a baked good for a Superbowl fundraiser his youth group is having, so I let him choose something that I had pinned on Pintrest. He saw your Cinnamon Roll Cake, and had to have it!
For a trial run, I halved the recipe and it was a huge hit! It was delicious warm, about 30 minutes out of the oven, but I was concerned about how it would be cold. To my surprise, we think it is even better fully cooled.
For those of you that have commented that there is too much baking soda, you are correct because this recipe does not call for baking SODA--it calls for baking POWDER. There is a huge difference between the two.
The only change I made was to add 1 tsp of cinnamon to the batter. I also sifted all of the dry ingredients before mixing, and I did not "cut" the topping into the cake batter, but swirled it on top of the batter.
I have a feeling this is going to become a highly requested desert.
Thank you so much for this delicious and decadent cake recipe.
In the oven baking now. It really was quick to make, and I'm not a fast whipper-upper. Only took about 20 minutes to get in the oven (including getting all equip. and ingredients out). Smelling good now! I only had one egg but batter looked and tasted like normal cake batters so I guess it'll be fine :)
This tasted more like pancake batter than cinnamon rolls. Really needed some "cinnamon". Not a fav.
Yuuuuuummm!!! I live in Denver so increased temp to 375 and let it cook 10 min longer. Also added an extra egg. Delish and trying not to eat the whole pan myself!
I got this recipe off pinterest and ohh myy, wonderful, I made them before church. I did add some butter to the frosting mix and yum :) thank you
Family LOVES this- adjustments I've made: cut butter for cake in half. Cut 1/4 butter from topping, cut brown sugar in half and add 1/4 cup splenda brown sugar. Cut 1 cup of powered sugar from glaze and add 4 oz of light cream cheese. I've made it the way it's written and this way; family prefers with changes. for gooey center issues- I cover the edges of my pan with tinfoil whenever I bake cakes or brownies. Remove the last 5 minutes, when the middle seems set. We like ours a little underdone. I used a glass pan in an electric oven for 30 min, removed tinfoil at 25. Perfect consistency all the way through.
Thank you so much for posting such a yummy recipe!
LOVE this recipe! I've made it several times and posted it to my blog today. Thanks so much!
http://stewartship.wordpress.com/2013/03/05/cinnamon-roll-cake/
Satan, get thee behind me. Do you know how many calories there are in 3/4 pound butter?? Never mind the sugar?? You'd have to limit the servings to about 2 ounces. Impossible.
I love this recipe! But is there any way to convert it to a lemon-flavored recipe?
I found yr recipe on pintrest, must try coz it's easier than mAking the actual roll. .... Tks for sharing
Just made this with my daughter. It's absolutely wonderful. Not hard to make either considering I'm not a baking person.
This cake is absolutely amazing!! Thanks for sharing!!! :)
Just put this in oven. House smells so good and it only took 10 minutes to throw together. I have three boys that will devour this cake. Thx
I need to make a dessert a day early. How is this one on the second day? I could re-warm it in the oven then add drizzle before serving. Any thoughts would be helpful.
Another happy cinnamon bun cake maker! I really like this cake, and will be making it again. I will try cutting the butter for the topping, from 2 sticks to 1 stick, and I may add walnuts or pecans. The taste is just wonderful the way it is, though!
I do have one question: What is the purpose of slowly adding the melted butter to the batter, as opposed to the usual cake method of creaming the butter with the sugar? Is it a texture thing?
Just curious. Thanks!
Found this on pinterest, and I'm definitely going to try this for Easter at my mom's house!
Just made this with my 12 year old son, although he did most of the work. We made this with egg replacer and it really turned out fabulous! I dont usually leave comments so just note that THATS how much we enjoyed this. ;)
So I was looking for a cookie recipe on my Pinterest account, and I found this one that I must have pinned or repinned some time back. It really looks so good with all that butter. I'm making it for breakfast tomorrow. Do you use salted or unsalted butter?
Very sweet.I added raisins and gave it more of a taste.Baked for about 40 minutes.Enjoy....
Me too! :)
I accidentally left out the eggs and it was still
the best thing I have ever tasted!
Have made this a few times adding cream cheese to the filling and glaze with pecans on top. Now I'm making with the cream cheese and pecans and adding choc chips to half the batter. It's gonna be yum!
Fellow blogger and foodie here, just found your blog and love it. Can't wait to try some of your recipes! Keep up the great work.
Love this! I just made it for my hubby for breakfast, and its a definite winner! The smell as it cooked got us really excited to taste it, and it definitely did not disappoint! Thanks for sharing this awesome recipe!
this was amazing! I just made this and as of right now it's in the oven and cooking my family is hovering over me while I was putting the ingredients together
Made this this morning. I did change it , I used 1/2 cup butter in batter like recipe said but only used 1/2 cup butter in the cinnamon mixture I just couldn't bring myself to put the whole cup. It was great! So glad I left 1/2 cup of butter out. Everyone ate it up! Yummy!
2nd Year in a row my twinletts (turning 9 tomorrow) have DEMANDED this as their birthday breakfast. Thank you for the awesome recipe! It's all 'heart' <3
Hi came across this a little while ago. We lived in the USA for a while in the 90's and since coming back to South Australia, we've always missed Cinnabons (made a good clone a few times too). We're just sitting here waiting for the Cinnamon Roll Cake to finish baking...we are really, really looking forward to it. Thanks for sharing.
I made this last night & was AMAZING!! My family absolutely loved it! The flavor is to die for & its so light & moist! Win, win all the way around! They're all begging me to make it again asap! Thank you so much for sharing it with us!
Definitely run to the kitchen and make. I do suggest cutting down the butter in the topping, it makes more of a butter paste than a crumbly topping. I think I will cut the butter in half. I had to bake 1 hour in the 9x13 glass pyrex pan in a gas oven. It was really gooey/soft in the middle at 30 minutes, so I kept adding time until the toothpick came out clean and it didnt jiggle anymore, even though it was a bit more brown, IT IS GREAT!!! I also will cut down on the frosting, too much for us and I added almond extract in the recipe vs vanilla. YUMMYY! a keeper!!
I'm teaching my daughter how to cook. She just finished making this (with me supervising). Super easy! Was very yummy, though very sweet (which she loved). We both ended up eating way too much..
Just made this after finding it on Pinterest. I couldn't wait to take a bite after it came out of the oven. FABULOUS! If you are contemplating making this recipe, DO IT!
My husband thanks you from the bottom of his little heart. He finally arrived home..... grumpy.... delayed flight, tired and hungry.... and he acquired an attitude because for dinner I fixed a salad with sliced chicken breast. He wanted 'real food'... grumpy man food. I showed him the pan of cake and so sweetly explained that you have to have a healthy dinner because guess what is for snack. Forty five minutes later, he was happily snoring in his recliner and I was turning the volume up on the TV. These are delicious and make your teeth hurt sweet. A definite new, favorite recipe. Thanks.
This is an amazing cake. Served it with a brunch menu still warm. Love that it calls for such basic ingredients and is so good! The Brown sugar, butter and flower topping swirled into the batter sinks to the middle of the cake and makes the cake super buttery tasting! I don't like cakes at all but this one will be a new family tradition!
Hi,
Saw this recipe on Pinterest and wanted to give it a try. It just came out of the oven and smells great. I am waiting until tomorrow morning to put the glaze on since I am bringing it to work. I'm not sure why anyone would have trouble swirling the topping - I followed the instructions and mine was a buttery drizzle - very runny! Hopefully it's as good as it smells!
Oh my goodness, I found this recipe last night and made it this morning! Soooo yummy! Three sticks of butter-Paula Deen would be so proud!
Found this recipe on Pintrest. And I must say this is one of the best i have found on their site. I made this recipe 3 times now, and i will make it again a few more times more before Christmas day. My family have amazing reviews on this cake. And I will continue to make it for years and years to come.
Absolutely delicious! However, the amount of butter needs to be reduced at least by half. I also plan on baking it in a bundt pan and mini bundt pans to see how it turns out.
This recipe doubled beautifully , using a 2 in hotel pan it delighted everyone at bible study, thank you!!
Here because of Pinterest. Baked my very first cake, thanks to you! =)
This cake is my go to cake, cheap, easy and quite possibly the most delicious cake ever
I made this a few weeks ago and everyone who tried it said it was amazing. One friend even asked to take some extra pieces home for her 'flatmates' and I later found out she had eaten them all herself cause it was so delicious. Definitely making this again!
I have made many cakes in my time but this has to be the best one yet. My son is in college and when he comes home I try different things for him and his friends. They always say that this cake is the best so I have to make them often. I AM MAKING ON RIGHT NOW, IT'S IN THE OVEN!!!! Thanks so much for the recipe. We love you lots!!!
Love this cake, BUT every time I make it all the swirled cinnamon butter stuff goes to the bottom when it is baking because my batter is thin when I try to swirl. My friend makes this same recipe and her batter is thick and she swirls in just fine and it does NOT go to the bottom! Help!!
Fabulous! This is definitely a repeat!
I found this quite some time ago. I've made it more times than I can count and is seriously the best cake ever!
I just made this the other day and OMG is it good! I reposted this on my blog as well because I love it so much! Thank you very much for the yummy recipe! :3
http://nekoemitter.blogspot.com/2014/09/cooking-cinnamon-roll-cake.html
I've been using this recipe for a couple years, and it is just absolutely wonderful. Always a hit!
Hi there, I have made this once before, and made it again today but only had 1 egg in the pantry. Substituted with a banana and it turned out amazing. Kia Ora from New Zealand :)
This looks delicious! I've just printed the recipe and best of all, I have all the ingredients on hand!
I have made this before and it is so yummy! In fact, I am making it again tonight to take to my cousin tomorrow (she's very pregnant with triplets and needs food!) :D
I found this on Pinterest also. I have made it 4 times and loved it! The only problem I have had is where the cinnamon mixture is swirled through the cake was very heavy so didn't cook as well. It was very uneven. So this last time I made it i swirled it throughout the whole cake a lot. It cooked much more even! I love it!!
I am adding to my earlier post: to make it swirl easier, i microwave the cinnamon mixture a little to make it more runny.
Such a delicious cake! One of those you can't stop eating. Thanks for sharing!
hey this sounds divine .
can i make it without an electric mixer? i dont have one now.
thank you !
Yes you can make it without a mixer..just have to beat it by hand!
Hooray for Pinterest! I just took this out of the oven - my house smells AMAZING. My husband has gone back for seconds, and I'm waiting for the delicious aroma to awaken my kiddos! I did make a change, however. I couldn't bring myself to put a whole CUP of butter in the topping. 😩 I cut it in HALF - still amazing! (I also made a cream cheese glaze - thought it would be more "cinnamon role-y".) This is still quite a DECADENT coffee cake, but leaving out a half cup of butter makes it a bit healthier for my family. Thanks for this recipe! 😊
Hands down one of the most amazingly delicious things I've ever made! You can eat it morning noon or night. Thank you for sharing!!
Would this cake still be good if i made it a couple days ahead then reheated it and severed it?
Excellent!!!
Made this and it was to-die-for-delicious; even without the cinnamon! I forgot to put it in! It was caramel buttery good; next time I'll remember the cinnamon!
I made this and it was very rich and very moist. I found an identical reci0pe on Allrecipes but it only called for 1/4 cup of melted butter added to the cake. I think next time I'll try the 1/4 cup melted butter and cut down on the amount of topping. It was almost too much for us!!
I found your recipe through a google search a little while ago. This cake is super easy and so delicious. My daughter loves it so much she made it for a 4h project for fair. Yummy!!!!!!
It's 2020 and Pinterest brought me here. I made this cake last night and OMG... it is amazing! I didn't alter a thing and it came out perfect. This one is certainly going in my recipe stash. Thanks!

This was delicious!! I halved the recipe and baked in an 8x8 pan for 32 minutes. Saving to make again many more times, thank you!

Now, let's get back to the mouthwatering Cinnamon Roll Cake featured in the blog post. I can't wait to try out the recipe and enjoy a sweet treat while keeping an eye on the crypto markets!
In conclusion, while it's fun to speculate about the future price of Dogecoin, it's essential to remember that the cryptocurrency market is highly unpredictable. Whether Dogecoin reaches $100 remains uncertain, but the crypto space will undoubtedly continue to surprise us.
