Mmmmm....summer salads. This one is extra special with this fresh and simple lemon cream salad dressing!
After I took the photo I loaded my salad with these,too:
My favorite croutons....I could eat the whole bag!
Romaine Salad with lemon cream dressing
(cuisine at home)
Whisk:
1/4 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp. shredded Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
salt and pepper to taste
Toss with:
2 c. chopped romaine lettuce

Looks like an easy dressing that screams...summer isn't over yet! I'm going to try this tonight. Will be great to temper the heat from the spicy sausage pasta I'm whipping up for dinner.
Just had to leave another comment and let you know that this was a huge hit with our family. The only thing I changed was to add a little bit of zest from the lemon and substituted honey mustard for the dijan. Great recipe!
