I was surfing the net and ended up at Plain Kitchen eyeing this hot dog recipe. I adapted it a bit, adding some brown sugar.
They were really tasty!
I need to try it again though, as I couldn't get the slits to look like hers did. They look picture perfect...you can check it out here.
I don't think Brent will mind me making these again though!
Grilled Hot dogs
( adapted from Plain Chicken)
8 hot dogs and buns
1/4 c. ketchup
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. brown sugar
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. olive oil
Mix altogether and pour into a Ziploc bag, add hot dogs and marinate 15 minutes. Grill and serve!
