Paula's Roasted Carrots

I've been making Paula's roasted carrots for years. They are so simple and so flavorful.  Believe it or not, these are also very healthy. Or they can be.... if you don't put any butter on them! I don't think they need any butter though, as the olive oil makes them taste wonderful. It's just carrots, OO, and seasoning. I keep a container of Paula's house seasoning and use it on many things, not just these carrots. It's a nice blend!

Roasted carrots

1 pound bag of baby carrots
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. house seasoning {see below}

Put the carrots in a roasting pan, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle on seasoning and bake at 350 until tender, about 30 minutes.

House Seasoning
{Paula Deen}

1 c. salt
1/4 c. garlic powder
1/4 c. pepper
 Mix well.

These are beautiful! I love how they glisten! A nice fall treat!
