Toffee Peanuts





We've been munching on these peanuts all week. I really like the addition of the cinnamon. These are great to package for Halloween. They make a nice fall treat!


Toffee Peanuts

1/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp.melted butter, melted
2 Tbsp. corn syrup
1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. dry roasted peanuts

Mix the sugar, melted butter, corn syrup, and cinnamon in a bowl. Add peanuts and stir to coat. Place on a greased cookie sheet and bake at 300 for 20-25 minutes until golden brown, stirring once. Cool and break apart.

I love cinnamon too! I might add a bit of chili powder too only b/c I like a kick! Yum...Thanks!

If I make these I will not stop until they will be finished. They look so crunchy.
