South West Chicken Rub

This is a great rub for chicken! I like to slice the chicken up and serve it in a lettuce salad. It's good on a bun and just on it's own too!

Southwest Rub

1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. lime juice
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts

 Mix the seasonings together and rub on the chicken. Brown the chicken on both sides in a non stick skillet coated with cooking spray. Drizzle with lime juice, cover and cook 5-10 minutes until chicken juices run clear.
