Cheesy Toasts

These are supposed to be an appetizer, but I like to serve them for lunch. Sometimes with a bowl of soup, but more often with fruit and a salad. They are warm, cheesy,gooey and oh- so- good!

Cheesy Toasts

1/3 c. mayo
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. mustard
5 drops of hot pepper sauce
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
8 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
8 slices of bread, toasted

Mix all together and spread on toast. Cut each into 4 strips and bake at 350 for 12 minutes until cheese is melted.
