Bacon Burgers

These burgers are awesome!

I got the idea from one of Paula's recipes. She had made a type of juicy lucy {two patties with cheese in the middle and then grilled} bacon burger in one of her magazines that looked delicious.

While that looked incredibly good, we don't really need all the calories of TWO patties and all that cheese. We also didn't need the extra bacon on top as well as in the burger.

I opted out for quarter pound single burgers on poppy seed onion rolls, adding slices of tomato, cheese, and onion. We loved the smokey flavor from the BBQ sauce and liquid smoke.

They were perfect!

Every bite!
