BBQ hamburgers



I make theses BBQ's quite often.  It's a simple recipe but packs alot of flavor. I love Lea &Perrins and think it makes any recipe with Worcestershire better. I've tried other brands, but L&P is my favorite.

This weekend was fishing opener and I did get out on the lake a bit last night...only caught a perch though. It was too windy to go out at all today, but I'm hoping next weekend will be better. I was hoping for a fish dinner...but these BBQ's hit the spot!

BBQ hamburgers

12 oz. lean hamburger
1/2 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. ketsup
1 T. vinegar
2 T.Splenda
1 1/2 tsp. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce
1 T. mustard
Brown the burger and onion. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer 10 minutes. {1/4 c. = old 2 pts.}
