I know, that's alot of garlic...10 cloves.
It didn't do much for my breath, but it sure tasted good!
1 package 16 oz. spaghetti
10 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. minced fresh parsley
2 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese( I used more)
Cook spaghetti. In a skillet, cook the garlic in the oil until browned. Remove from heat, and stir in the parsley, oregano, salt, pepper. Drain spaghetti and add garlic mixture, stir in cheese, toss to coat. Serves 4.
