My daughter is the BEST baker. Honestly, she could open up a bakery. She doesn't bake very often, though, but when she does....it's always a winner.
We went to visit a few weeks ago, and she made these awesome lemon cookies. She found the recipe at Fancy Road House. They were so soft and delicious with a mild lemon flavor....and the frosting was so sweet and creamy.
I'm not sure who ate more..Brent or ME!
