Cranberry Butter



Slather some of this on some warm bread or crackers and you won't be disappointed!

I had some leftover cranberries and remembered this quick recipe. I make honey butter and cinnamon butter quite often, but I don't often have leftover cranberries. My son loves them, and so do I, but when he's not around a whole can is a bit much. Funny.... Brent doesn't like them , but when I add them to butter he's all over it!

Looks like I'll need to make some biscuits tomorrow...mmmm.....that will be good....




Cranberry Butter

3/4 c. butter, softened
1 tsp. grated orange peel
1/8 tsp. almond extract
1 c. cranberry sauce

Mix until blended.
