One of my neighbors used to make this sandwich, and the kids loved it. It's so simple, and just a bit different then the normal BBQ sandwich. It really has no sauce....but it packs alot of flavor! I hadn't made this in a long time, but the other day I was reading one of my church cookbooks and saw it. I made some for myself for lunch, and it was as good as I remembered!
1 lb. lean ground beef
2 T. soy sauce
chopped white onions
Fry meat until fully cooked, breaking into crumbs with a potato masher as it cooks. Add 2T. soy sauce. Serve on buns with mustard, pickles and onions.
