Impossible Pumpkin Pie


 I make this every once in awhile..there is no pie crust...so it's an easy dessert. It has a different texture then pumpkin pie, kind of like a cake almost. Delish!




Impossible Pumpkin Pie
(Bisquick)

1 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 can (15 oz.) pumpkin
1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk
3/4 c. chopped pecans
Stir all ingredients together and pour into a greased pie plate. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Refrigerate.
