Yogurt cream patriotic pies

Happy 4th of July!

I made these for our BBQ today....mini patriotic pies with fillo cups. Simple to put together, light, tasty low cal treats for the 4th.....they are a winner!

There are only 3 ingredients for the filling, lite whipped cream, low fat vanilla Greek yogurt and a bit of splenda. Then top with with some berries, and that's it. The filling can be made ahead, but they should be assembled right before serving. I like to follow the directions on the box for the cups and bake them in the oven, then cool them, but you don't have too. I like them a bit crispy.

Have a fun day!

Yogurt cream patriotic pies

1/4 c. whipped cream (I used lite)
2 tsp. sugar ( I used splenda)
1/4 c. low fat vanilla Greek yogurt
15 fillo cups ( I bake them first then cool them)
15 blueberries and 15 raspberries
Mix the cream, sugar and yogurt. Spoon into cups, top with fruit and serve.
