Crispy potato puffs

Next time you have some leftover mashed potatoes, give these a try!

All you do is mash the potatoes as you normally would, then add just a bit of milk and butter. Cool and then stir in some shredded cheddar cheese.(You could also add some minced onion, bacon, etc.) Then crush some corn flakes, stirring in some seasoned salt. Roll the balls in the corn flake mixture and freeze until you are ready to bake them.

They are SO crispy, and SO delicious!

60 degrees in the house is COLD! I like to keep our house at 65 during the day and turn it down at night before sleeping. But we heat with wood, so the furnace doesn't kick in unless it's well below zero outdoors. Aren't you glad that was only 3 days! I can't even work when I'm too cold. I just want to huddle. :-)

Do you have an email address so that you can turn it on in your Blogger profile and not show up as a no-reply blogger? That would prevent me having to take up your comment space when responding to a comment you leave on my blog.

Stay warm!
