Valentine Bark

This was delicious..... I am usually a milk chocolate lover, but I could be converted to white after making this.

 I love the different textures and tastes together. Smooth, sweet chocolate, crunchy salty pretzels,and slightly tart chewy cherries.....SO good!

Valentine Bark

2 Tbsp. sliced almonds
1/3 c. dried cherries, chopped
2/3 c. pretzels, broken into pieces
12 oz. white chocolate chips

Heat almonds in a skillet until slightly browned. Remove from heat and add to cherries and pretzels. Reserve half.  
Melt white chocolate chips, add to the one half of the mixture and stir. Spread into a 7 x 12 rectangle on a jelly roll pan lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle the other half of pretzel mixture on top and press down slightly. Freeze 10 minutes and break into pieces.

I love bark, and this is chock full of sweet and salty favorites of mine...especially dried cherries!! Yummy
