It's hard to believe these are low fat, they are SO good.
I used WW mozzarella cheese sticks, froze them, then dipped them is egg substitute and Italian bread crumbs. They only took about 5 minutes to bake.
Hot, gooey inside.... with a tasty crunchy coating....delicious!
Baked Mozzarella Sticks
1/3 c. panko bread crumbs (I used Italian)
3 sticks of low fat mozzarella cheese, cut in bite size pieces (I used ww)
3 Tbsp. egg substitute
Freeze the pieces of cheese. Take them out of the freezer and dip into egg substitute, then into panko crumbs. Place on parchment lined cookie sheet and bake at 425 for about 4 minutes.
