I can never get enough pancakes. They are by far my favorite breakfast item. I have my favorite recipes, too, but am always trying new ones as they sound SO good.
This recipe interested me because it was lower in calories and fat. It was not low in taste though!
Plenty of cinnamon with a slight apple flavor, they hit the spot!
I made a bunch, so I froze them in packages of two. They tasted awesome warmed up in the microwave!
2 c. Bisquick
1 c. unsweetened applesauce
1/2 c. milk (or more if you like it thinner)
1 tsp. cinnamon ( I added more)
2 eggs (can use eggbeaters)
Mix well and fry!
