Cinnamon Applesauce Pancakes

I can never get enough pancakes. They are by far my favorite breakfast item. I have my favorite recipes, too, but am always trying new ones as they sound SO good.

This recipe interested me because it was lower in calories and fat. It was not low in taste though!

Plenty of cinnamon with a slight apple flavor, they hit the spot!

I made a bunch, so I froze them in packages of two. They tasted awesome warmed up in the microwave!

Cinnamon Applesauce Pancakes

2 c. Bisquick
1 c. unsweetened applesauce
1/2 c. milk (or more if you like it thinner)
1 tsp. cinnamon ( I added more)
2 eggs (can use eggbeaters)

Mix well and fry!

Looks good! And we have a friend who just gave us a quart of maple syrup from their own maple trees. Yum!

These sound yummy and easy to make. Just what I need when the grandkids come over - they love pancakes Sunday mornings. Thanks!
