It's grilling time again!
I guess we grill all year round, even on the coldest and snowiest of days. But now with the weather so nice, it does seem like we are grilling more often. When we go on our walks, every one else must be too, by the savory smells in the air.
Brent loves a good burger, and I love all the toppings one can put on, so this recipe is a winner for both of us.
I like to pile the spread on high and let it melt until its gooey and delicious!
Decked out Burgers
T of H
1 1/2 lb lean burger
3 Tbsp. onion, chopped fine
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Mix, shape into patties and grill.
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 c. sliced mushrooms
6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
Mix the topping and spoon onto burgers the last few minutes of cooking until melted. Serve on buns.
