We have been trying to include more fish in our diet, so I keep looking for new ways to make it. This is our favorite!
It always turns out tender and flaky, and the dill sauce is crazy delicious!

4 salmon fillets
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. olive oil
Sprinkle salmon with salt and pepper, drizzle with olive oil. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes until internal temperature reaches 160.
Dill sauce
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sour cream
1 Tbsp. chopped green onions
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. snipped fresh dill or 1/2 tsp. dill weed.
Mix and chill. Serve with salmon.
